TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. These rules and terms and conditions are the rules ("Rules") which apply to the Shooshoos LLC competition ("Competition") on the Your Baby Club website at www.yourbabyclub.com/entrypage/babyclub. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
  2. The Competition is organized by Shooshoos LLC, 3500 South DuPont Highway Suite 300, Dover DE 19901. You can contact us in relation to the Competition by writing to us at the Shooshoos address. References to third parties in connection with prizes and/or third party websites or services are for reference and identification purposes only. There is intention to suggest endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation in any way Shooshoos or the Competition.
  3. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, results and any issues relating to the competition, the decision of Shooshoos shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

ELEGIBILITY

  1. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Shooshoos or any of Shooshoos affiliates are not eligible to enter the Competition.
  2. By entering the Competition, you confirm that all information submitted by you is true and accurate. Shooshoos reserves the right to check the eligibility of all entrants.
  3. The Competition is open to US residents only aged 18 years or over.
  4. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter and any purchase or payment occurring does not increase your chances of winning.

ENTERING THE COMPETITION

  1. The Competition will run from 00:01 5 July 2023 until 11:59 05 October 2023 (EST) ("Entry Period").
  2. To enter the Competition, you will need to complete the form on the Your Baby Club website (www.yourbabyclub.com/offer/claim/win-shoos-for-a-year) and sign up to our email updates. All entrants who sign up during the Entry period will be entered into the Competition in accordance with these Rules.
  3. There is a limit of one entry per person to the Competition.

SELECTING AND NOTIFYING WINNERS

  1. There will be one (1) winner.
  2. The winning entrant of the competition will be the first entrant to be selected at random from all entries submitted for the competition in accordance with these rules, within 14 days of the closing date. In all matters, the decision of Shooshoos shall be final.
  3. The prize for this competition is footwear for a year which by definition and applicable to this competition means four (4 pairs) of shoes. This competition winner is allowed to select any four (4) pairs they wish from Shooshoos.com. Note that selected styles and/or sizes may not be available, and you will be notified in such an event. This competition winner may decide when to receive their prize either in full or otherwise and in accordance with point 14.
  4. The competition winner is required to select and receive this prize in full, meaning four (4 pairs) of shoes within one calendar year of winning. No extensions or exceptions will be accepted
  5. The value of the prize is approximately USD$140.00 and depends on the final selection of footwear by the winner. Note, this stated value is for informative purposes only and does not impact your final selection.
  6. This prize is not transferrable for cash or any other form.
  7. The prize winner will be notified by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the winning entrant. Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified in the prize notification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification and within the time stated may result in selection of an alternative winner.
  8. The prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize they receive. The value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  1. All personal information provided shall be stored, processed and used in accordance with our privacy policy which you can read at: https://shooshoos.com/pages/privacy-policy ("Privacy Policy").
  2. Each entrant agrees that Shooshoos may disclose the name of the winning entrant to the competition and the town or city in which the winning entrant is resides in on Shooshoos social media channels and Shooshoos website. This will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

LIABILITIES

  1. Shooshoos cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Shooshoos is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received or sent on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Competition.

GENERAL

  1. Shooshoos reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or the rules without notice at any time. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions on the website.
  2. The competition and rules will be governed by the internal laws of the state of Delaware and in the event of any dispute or claim relating to the Competition you agree to resolution of such dispute in the state Delaware.
