Eligibility

1. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Employees of FanFinders Inc., FanFinders Ltd, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
4. No purchase necessary; a purchase does not increase chances of winning.

Sweepstakes Period

1. Begins on 21 October 2025, and ends on 30 September 2026.
2. A grand prize draw will be held after the final entry period closes.

How to Enter

1. Entrants must complete the Your Baby Club sign-up form and confirm their details.
2. Automated entries, duplicates, or incomplete submissions are void.

Prizes

1. The grand prize is a Close Parent product bundle valued at approximately: $20,000.
2. A cash prize alternative of $10,000 is available
3. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value if unavailable.

Winner Selection & Notification

1. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
2. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
3. Winners will be notified via email within 14 days of selection and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
4. If a winner fails to respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.

Release & Publicity

1. Publicity Release 

   Except for residents of Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Your Baby Club and its affiliates, agents and designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, biographical information and details of the prize won for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any media, including websites, social media and digital advertising, worldwide, without additional compensation, notification or approval.

   Except where prohibited by law, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an eligibility, liability and publicity release as a condition of being confirmed as a winner and receiving the prize.

   Residents of Tennessee will not be required to grant publicity rights or execute a publicity release as a condition of receiving a prize.

   Your Baby Club may also invite winners to participate in additional photography, video, interviews, testimonials or other promotional content. Any additional documentation or consent required by applicable law will be obtained before such content is used.

   No child will be required to appear in promotional content as a condition of awarding a prize. Any commercial use of the name, image, likeness, voice or other personal information of a child will require the consent of their parent or legal guardian and any additional documentation required by applicable law.

Privacy

1. Information collected will be used in accordance with the Your Baby Club Privacy Policy and applicable U.S. privacy laws.
2. Data may be shared with Close Parent for prize delivery purposes only.

General Conditions

1. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
2. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
